Initially marketed as a residential enclave (Isabelle Garden Villas) by its developer, Techno-Asia Construction and Development, Inc., they received numerous inquiries about hotel accommodations. Now, its recently completed building is operated as a businessman’s hotel by myHometel, Inc.
