 From a small construction firm, which started operations in early 1983, initially servicing the housing requirements of relatives and friends, the company expanded its market reach to include middle and upper level executives and businessmen up to the middle of 1992. Techno-Asia Construction & Development, Inc. (TAC), is a private corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine Laws with principal office at Isabelle Garden Villas, E. Rodriguez Ave., Moonwalk, Parañaque City Techno-Asia was incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a Realty & Development Corporation in 1983 with an initial authorized capital stock of Ten Million Pesos (P 10,000,000.00) and on May 05, 1989 it was converted into a full-pledge Construction & Development Corporation, and was recently granted an additional authorized capital stock of Two Hundred Million Pesos (P200, 000,000.00) with a paid-up capital of Fifty Million Pesos (P50,000,000.00). The Philippine Contractor’s Accreditation Board (PCAB) has granted Techno-Asia with a “AAA” contract’s license. Composed mainly of young, dynamic, competent and aggressive professionals with experience in various fields, the group embarked on a full-scale residential house packaging business. The call for greater challenge and new opportunities in line with the company’s expansion program necessitated the increase in its capitalization. With this new thrust, TECHNO-ASIA entered a new dimension in the industry by joining the ranks of those engaged in the development of commercial and business establishments and construction of infrastructure projects. |
